We are proud to hold the stamp of the Red Tractor, which ensures that food safety and hygiene standards are maintained as well as standards for animal welfare and the environment.

All oil used in our cooking processes is either virgin olive oil or rapeseed oil. Both are considered to be a much healthier option to the normal vegetable oils. All of our oil will be recycled to be made into carbon neutral bio diesel.

We are also aware of our carbon footprint so as much produce as possible comes from local farms using seasonal foods.

In order to keep maintaining our high food standards we have had to add a little increase in price to some of our dishes. We will however continue to be highly competitive and deliver you the best we can for as few pennies as possible.
